Efflorescence Sometimes, white deposits might appear on concrete products Efflorescence is a natural phenomenon that occasionally occurs in products made using cement. This efflorescence will gradually fade. The efflorescence process will accelerate in frequent rainfall and intensive use of the paving Ebema cannot accept any complaints about efflorescence. 3 Complaints If you have any complaints, you must let us know within eight days after delivery We cannot accept any complaints about products that have already been installed we recommend that you only start work after we have settled the matter Always keep the labels of the delivered materials 4 Sizes and tolerances The standards provide for the occurrence of possible variations in size for all concrete products Example Height tolerances for concrete pavers: − less than 10 cm thick: +/- 3 mm − 10 cm thick or more: +/- 4 mm These tolerances are always expressed in absolute values in relation to the specified sizes. The dimensions included in the drawings are nominal sizes Production sizes may vary from these nominal sizes
