21 introduction Terms and conditions for special items If you’re ordering special items that we’re producing at your request, the following terms and conditions apply: - Ebema will draw up a delivery schedule in mutual consultation with you Once you’ve approved this in writing, we will start producing the concrete products you’ve ordered - If you order any special items, we expect you to take the entire batch If you do not do so, the procedure for special items will apply: − Ebema will provide you with a written summary of the remaining supply of special items for the relevant site − We will keep these products available for two months − If you have not taken the items after two months, we will invoice them automatically − If you still haven’t collected the products one month after the invoice date, we have the right to destroy them Delivery times − We always determine our delivery times in consultation with our shipping team and production planner, both for common and special items The delivery times for special items always depend on our production capacity − All deliveries must be recorded and reserved with the Ebema shipping team at least two working days in advance, so the team can schedule the necessary transport − Any delivery times stated —whether verbally or in writing — are always indicative They cannot be taken as binding o u r d e l i v e r y t e r m s
